About the site
The site gives general information about our AI automation services. It isn't professional, legal or financial advice. The work examples shown illustrate the kinds of systems we design; results for your business will depend on your circumstances.
Our services
Booking a 30-minute discovery call doesn't create a contract. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, timeline, fees and other terms.
Intellectual property
The Riak Labs name, logo and the content on this site belong to us or our licensors. Photographs are used under the Unsplash licence. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to services we don't control, including Cal.com for booking and our social media profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
